Q: How do I attach my sling with the StockGuard or Recoil Pad Kit on my gun?

A: When installed properly the seam of the neoprene cover should run along the bottom of the stock and over the swivel stud. Off-set the seam by approximately .5" and with a pen mark where stud is located. Remove product and 'poke' a small hole in the neoprene at the mark. (Note: Do not actually cut any material away. A small 'poke' hole works best as the neoprene stretches; off-setting the seam prevents unraveling). Pull the neoprene back on and with your thumbs work the stud through the small hole. The product stretches around base, giving you access to place your swivel in the stud.
