A: We will not accept products that have been modified, cut, or
damaged by the customer. 1) Please contact one of our customer service representatives to obtain return authorization number, toll-free at 888.875.BEAR (2327) or email us here .
2) Once RA number* has been obtained send merchandise
to:
Beartooth Products – Attn: Returns
*Be sure to clearly mark your RA # on the outside of the
packaging. We will not accept returns that have not been
pre-approved. |
