I bought the regular stock guard holder to upgrade from one of your other more basic cartridge holders that did not have the extra stitching. That one did not hold the cartridges as well and I lost 2 bullets on a trip to Alberta last fall. I am going back there this year and wanted to upgrade and since I was already buying the comb riser version, I decided to get one of these too. I think it will hold the bullets more securely in the cold weather and walking through the woods with the gun over my shoulder and rubbing against trees and brush.

Love these!

Could not get one after I tore mine...went direct to the source. I love them for the Texas heat(no sweat between cheek and stock) and in the cold of Wyoming(no cold stock)!

Black 2.0 Stock Guard Only

Works very well I have over 18 each of the black 2.0 with ammo loops on my rifles and I have two camo ones on that were put on over a year ago.
