Return Policy

Free Returns
You’ve bought the best, you’ve bought Beartooth. However, should you not be 100% satisfied with your Beartooth purchase, please contact our customer service team and we'll send you a pre-paid return label (valid on US orders only). Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Beartooth does not accept returns on products that have been cut, damaged or missing pieces. Beartooth is not responsible for lost packages. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To Complete Your Return:
Contact a customer service representative and obtain an RA# (Return Authorization Number). You will also need to confirm your email address so a pre-paid return label may be sent for you to print. Place unused return items in an acceptable box and send to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the amount owed back to the method of payment used to make the original purchase. Outbound shipping charges will not be included in the refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for money to reach your account. We are not responsible for delays due to bank or card processing times.
If at anytime your product fails due to a defect in materials or manufacturing please contact us. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will either fix your current product or send a replacement at no cost to you. 

We accept items that have not been used or modified for free exchange. Please contact customer service to handle your exchange request.

Sale items
Only regular priced items are eligible, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded nor exchanged.

Additional Return Policies:
Beartooth does not process any returns or exchanges for products purchased from a retail store.
All retail store purchases must be returned to the retail store where the product was purchased. However, if you’re unsatisfied with your Beartooth item, we’d still like to hear from you. Please feel free to call or email us.
